📦 Return Policy for Digital Goods

All our products are non-returnable due to their digital nature.

Once a product has been delivered via email, WhatsApp, or download link, it is considered "used", and therefore not eligible for return.

🚫 We Do Not Accept Returns For:

Accidental purchases

Change of mind

Failure to download or install due to personal device/software limitations

Lack of knowledge in using presets or editing apps

Claims made after product has been delivered

✅ Exceptions – Only Under Strict Conditions:

We may only consider a return if:

You receive a corrupt or incomplete file

There is technical duplication (same product purchased twice)

The file was never delivered within 48 hours, and we fail to respond even after contact
