🔁 No Refund on Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a Lightroom preset or digital file has been successfully delivered (via email, WhatsApp, or direct download), we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

⚠️ Exceptions (Only in Rare Cases)
We may consider a refund only in the following exceptional cases:
Duplicate purchase (accidentally purchased the same item twice with proof)
File not delivered after confirmed payment (and no response from our side within 48 hours)
Corrupted or inaccessible file (we will first try to re-send or replace it)
the refund is approved it will be credited to original payment method withing 5 to 10 business days
